Harvest Cream Ale (Gluten reduced)

This Light Ale was made with 3 light base malts, 20% Red Wheat Malt, along with flaked barley, and carapills. This was done to bring forth a creamy malty base to be married with the light bitterness from Hallertau hops and the slight harshness that can accompany the use of red wheat.

ABV: 5% IBU: 15

A light beer paired with lemanade for a hot summer night refresshing beer you just can’t beat.

Fresh off the grill

A light hazy beer with light bitterness but the distinct flavors of a burger right off the grill with a little dill pickle

Banana Split

Well if you’ve had a burger on this hot summer night then you need a nice ice cream dessert!! This beer has the makings of a classic banana split: banana, pineapple, strawberry, and chocolate syrup. The key to this beer is to smell and try and find as many of the flavors as possible in the first 30 seconds….after that your palate will latch on to one flavor …. usually the chocolate.

Midnight Palm IPA

An American west coast IPA with bright juicy notes of mango, passionfruit, and pineapple with a finish transitioning into classsic piney bitterness, leaving a refreshing lingering taste perfect for a warm evening. The trepenes cleaved from the hops already present in the beer add to the fruitiness. This beer is also a low Gluten beer.

Boysenberry, and Vanilla

A custom brewed seltzer using boysenberry puree and vanilla. The vanilla gives the impression of a soft sweetness on the palate.

Cherry Limeade Sour

This is a seltzer twist on an old summer favorite…. A Cherry flavored drink with the sourness of lime just not quite as sweet and slightly harder than the one mama used to make.

Hard Lemonade Sour

A basic hard lemonade carbonated, that has more natural Lemon Juice and less sweetness than other hard lemonades. A truely refreshing drink.
