Watts Fresh Brewing Co. has evolved from EMF brewing founded in 2000. It was first concieved from the association and practice of homebrewing in tandom with Michael Budnowski. Budnowski was a former Wichita Wings player and trainer that went on to stay and live in Wichita after the hay days of Soccer here in the city. While maintaining some type of activity in or around soccer his love of beer help be the catalyist to inspire me to brew great beer.
