Not so Especial
A light, balanced Cream Ale made with 3 base malts and Carapils malt, to bring forth a light malty base paired with the light bitterness from Hallertau hops. We then added just a touch of Lime juice to give it extra acidity and crispness for extra drinkability. (Gluten reduced)

Cornhole Raspberry Shandy
A light beer paired with raspberry lemonade for a nice fall rehreshing beer
you just can’t beat. (Gluten reduced)

Yard Darts IPA
An American West Coast IPA with Yard Dart sharp bitterness balanced by a
heavy malt bill. Bullseyeing bright juicy notes of passion fruit, pineapple, and hints of tangerine transitioning into a classic piney finish… Perfect on warm days and cool evenings. (Gluten reduced)

Pumpkin Ale
A malt forward, amber beer with virtually no bitterness, brewed with real pumpkin, and then pumpkin spice added. This beer will keep you warm on those scarier cool nights for sure.

Violet Femme (sour)
This is Karen’s first solo beer, and oh so good!! This beer is modeled off a candy, “La Violeta” that Karen had in Madrid, Spain. The sweetness of the Violet compliments the Sour beer base for an enjoyable beer…. She really hit this out of the ball park

Cherry Limeade (sour)
This is a naturally brewed seltzer twist on an old summer/fall favorite…. A cherry flavored drink with the sourness of lime just not quite as sweet and slightly harder than the one mama used to make.
